The Mississippi Association Medical Staff Services is a state-wide organization established in 1983 to provide the opportunities for continuing education, to promote the improvement of professional knowledge and skills by uniting people who are engaged in medical staff services, activities in healthcare, or healthcare-related organizations through our State Association, and to support the mission of the National Association of Medical Staff Services.
The association is composed of Medical Staff Coordinators; Directors/Managers of Medical Staff Services; Managed Care Professionals; Medical Staff Assistants; Administrative Assistants; Medical Staff Services Consultants; Credentialing Specialists; Health Information Managers; Risk Managers; and other individuals responsible for supportive services required for their facility to maintain its medical staff organization.
2024 MAMSS Annual ConferenceThe 2024 MAMSS Annual Conference will be November 7th & 8th. This will be a great opportunity to network with other Medical Staff Professionals from all over our great state.
