Location and Accommodations
All Conference activities will take place at Hilton Garden Inn in Biloxi, MS.
A limited block of guest suites has been reserved at the Hilton Garden Inn Biloxi for MAMSS Conference registrants at a discounted rate of $119 (plus taxes and fees) per night.

Conference T-Shirt
Conference T-shirts will be provided again this year for all who register by October 5th! Attendees are encouraged to wear conference t-shirts on Friday, November 8. Encourage your organization to be a sponsor and have their logo included on the back of the t-shirt! Sponsorships are only $100. Every year we look for ways in which MAMSS can serve our communities. This year we would like to support Elijah's Closet.
Elijah's Closet is committed to helping families with children in foster care and families with children susceptible of going into foster care. They do this through the provision of free tangible items such as beds, clothing, car seats, household goods, etc. The people of Elijah's Closet know that bridging this gap for families in need plays an essential role in creating safe and loving homes. In turn this creates a brighter future for children and ultimately strengthens the community as a whole. We will be collecting any donated items both days at the conference. AIR TRAVEL The Gulfport/Biloxi International Airport is 19 miles from the hotel. TEMPERATURE/ATTIRE The average temperature in Biloxi in November is in the upper 60s. Attire during all sessions and events at the conference will be business casual. It is usually best to dress in layers due to fluctuation in room temperatures. CONTINUING EDUCATION The program is pending up to -- CEUs. Conference participants are expected to claim credit for only those sessions attended. EXHIBITS Exhibiting companies may showcase products and services of interest to MAMSS members and Annual Conference registrants on November 6th & 7th. Refreshment breaks will be served in the area and drawings for great door prizes will be held. All attendees are encouraged to visit every exhibitor table. REGISTERATION To attend the conference, you must register online no later than November 5, 2025. You will have the option to pay online via credit card. If you choose to pay by check please be sure to send a copy of your invoice along with payment. CANCELLATION Cancellations received no later than October 5, 2025, will receive a full refund, less a $20 processing fee. After October 5, 2025, no refunds will be made, but a substitute from the same organization can be named. Replacement name(s) must be submitted to MAMSS prior to the Conference. |
